Please review our Terms and Conditions before placing your booking.
Prices include all heating, electricity, bed linen and towels.
Your accommodation will be available to you from 2.30pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please collect the keys from The Travellers Rest Public House which is located next door.
Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10.30am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
We are a non-smoking establishment. Smoking in Jasmine Cottage will incur an extra cleaning charge of £50.
Damages and Breakages:
Please take care of our property. You are responsible for and liable for any breakages or damage which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages.
You agree not to cause a nuisance or annoyance to us or to any other occupier of adjoining or neighbouring properties.
An additional charge of £55 may be made if the property requires extensive cleaning as a result of your stay.
We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicle or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees.
Any data collected during the course of this booking may be kept on computer.

Card payments are through PayPal.
The contract between you and us is governed by the law of England and Wales and we both agree that any dispute, matter or other issues which arises between us will be dealt with by the Courts of England and Wales.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking you must telephone or email us on the number shown on our email confirmation as soon as possible.
You will also be required to confirm your cancellation in writing or by email to the addresses shown on our written confirmation. A cancellation will not take effect until we receive written confirmation from you.
If you cancel your booking within seven days of receiving our written confirmation, we will refund the balance of any money you have paid us (less any additional costs incurred). After such period, if you cancel your booking more than ten weeks prior to the arrival date, we will retain the initial deposit and refund the balance of any money you have paid to us (less any additional costs incurred).
If you cancel your booking less than six weeks prior to the arrival date, we reserve the right to retain the initial deposit (less any additional costs incurred).
Cancellations within seven days of arrival no monies will be refunded.
Sometimes we may have to make changes or cancellations to your booking as occasionally problems can occur, although we do not expect this to happen. If we do have to make any alteration to your booking with us we will contact you as soon as possible and inform you of the cancellation or change in your booking. If in the event of us having to cancel your booking with us we will refund all monies that you have paid to us with regard to the booking.
Use of Information Provided:
When making a reservation on our website you are connecting directly to the Jasmine & Post Office Cottage reservation system. SJB Stanley does not store any personal details entered into our website on our servers. For the purpose of the Jasmine Cottage & Post Office Cottage bill and for the use of our service we will store the following information about your reservation on our servers: Jasmine & Post Office Cottage booked; date of arrival; total nights booked; date of booking; booking reference; total cost of the reservation. No further personal information is stored on our servers.
Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that remedial action is taken as soon as possible.
It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. Discussion of any criticisms with us whilst you are in residence will usually enable shortcomings to be rectified straight away. In particular, complaints of a transient nature (for example, regarding preparation or heating of the Property) cannot possibly be investigated unless registered whilst you are in residence.
If any complaint cannot be resolved during your holiday, you must write to us with full details within 21 days of the end of your stay.
